Why do I make blogpost of my recipes? First and foremost, to keep an archive of my recipes so as to ease me recalling past recipes when I need them. I treat my blogpost and my Instagram as my "cookbook" :-) Second, I'd like to share my cooking experiments to not only fellow students, but also everyone who has limited time and budget to cook, but wishes for fancy dishes!
Similar to my previous post, the recipes shown here contain no more than 5 steps of cooking (or at least I tried to make them look compact :))). Moreover, I managed to use Halal ingredients and to limit the use of artificial food additives for my dishes. So here they are!
